High SpeedCeramic Inserts
High-speed ceramic cutting inserts for hardened steels, cast iron, and nickel-based superalloys. Designed for dry cutting where carbide reaches its limit.
- Alumina (Al₂O₃) and silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) grades
- Cutting speeds: 500–1,800 SFM
- Hardness range: Up to 68 HRC
- ISO geometries: RCGX, SNGX, RNGX, CNGA, DNGA
Non-FerrousPCD Inserts
Polycrystalline diamond (PCD) tipped inserts and tooling for non-ferrous finishing. Exceptional edge life and surface finish in aluminum, copper, and composites.
- PCD grain sizes: .05µm – 45µm
- Cutting speeds: Up to 2,000 SFM
- Edge life: 50–100× carbide in non-ferrous applications
- Available brazed or indexable
Hard TurningPCBN Inserts
Polycrystalline Cubic boron nitride (PCBN) tipped inserts for hard turning of steels, bearing grades, and powder metals. Replace grinding with hard turning in many applications.
- Low and high PCBN content grades
- Hardness range: 45–70 HRC
- Cutting speeds: 200–1,200 SFM
- Full and tipped PCBN blanks available
