We will regrind your inserts or round tooling to new specs at way less than half the price of new. For larger projects, we offer a custom stocking service to eliminate tool outages.
Re-Tipping
We re-tip several Carbide, PCD, and CBN round tools, and inserts for new performance at a huge savings.
Re-Sizing
We re-use inserts and other tooling by reducing thickness or IC to the next size down.
Re-Purpose
We can take some inserts, like expensive solid CBN, and create a completely different insert geometry.
Design & Custom Fabrication
Our Engineering Team has the capability to design a complete turnkey solution to any of your machining projects. We use the latest releases of AutoDesk Inventor and MasterCam.
